Linda (Pharmacist, Certified Diabetes Educator)
Linda is the former Co-owner of Jones Pharmacy. Linda graduated form Washington State University College of Pharmacy in 1978. Linda continues to maintain responsibility with Jones through program development, business development, networking, maintaining association contacts, and coordinating academic programs. As academic liaison, she oversees the Community Pharmacy Residency and Extern Practicums. Linda is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacotherapy at Washington State University College of Pharmacy.
Catrina (PharmD., Pharmacist)
Catrina is also a Washington native and has always considered the Spokane area home. Catrina graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BS in biology in 1994. While at EWU, she met her husband, Darrin. After graduation, they joined the Peace Corps and spent 2 years in the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific. After completing their assignment, Catrina pursued her pharmacy studies at the University of Washington and graduated in 2002 with her Pharm.D degree. Catrina also completed a 1 year Community Pharmacy Residency at Jones. Catrina currently splits her duties between Jones Pharmacy and Washington State University College of Pharmacy as a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacotherapy. In her spare time, Catrina enjoys cooking, gardening, scrap booking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Jennifer (Pharmacy Technician, Patient Care Facilities)
Jennifer has been a licensed pharmacy technician for 10 years and has spent half of that time with Jones Pharmacy. Jennifer is experienced with assisting our patient care facilities with obtaining prescription orders, filling specialized medication devices, and coordinating deliveries to each site. Jennifer is married and recently had a little boy, Jerrod. For fun, Jennifer likes to sing karaoke and decorate her new home with her husband.
Sarah (Pharmacy Technician, Retail)
Sarah has worked at Jones since 1999 and has been a licensed pharmacy technician since January 2002. Sarah has a great deal of experience working with our patient care facilities as well as our in store customers. Sarah holds a Bachelors degree in education from Eastern Washington University. Sarah’s hobbies include: golfing, windsurfing, and just about anything outdoors. Sarah is married with no children (yet).
Nathan (Pharmacy Extern)
Nathan was recently accepted into the College of Pharmacy at Washington State University. He has been working for Jones Pharmacy for more than a year. Nathan’s hobby is the cinema. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Washington in cinema studies. Nathan is married to the most beautiful woman in his world, Natalie.
Vitaliy (Pharmacy Technician)
Vitaliy began working as a pharmacy assistant at Jones in August 2002. He enjoys working with our customers while learning about pharmacy practice. Vitaliy is currently enrolled at Spokane Community College pursuing pre-pharmacy studies. His long term goal is to become a pharmacist. Vitaliy’s family moved to the United States 13 years ago from the former USSR. He speaks fluent Russian (and great English), which helps our Russian-speaking customers. Vitaliy is married and has a new baby girl. He really enjoys the outdoors, especially camping, dirt biking, jet skiing, and snow boarding in the winter.
