Return Policies

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF DRUGS PROHIBITED

Prescriptions, drugs, medicines, sick room supplies, and items of personal hygiene shall not be accepted for return or exchange by any pharmacist or pharmacy after such prescriptions, drugs, medicines, sick room supplies or items of personal hygiene have been taken from the premises where sold, distributed or dispensed.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PERSONAL CARE ITEMS PROHIBITED

All personal care items are nonreturnable (No Exceptions). Examples of these items include, but are not limited to: Diapers, Breast Pumps, Support Stockings, Athletic and Support Braces, Back and Wheel Chair Cushions, Pads, etc.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ITEMS

Medical equipment must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A cash register receipt or delivery ticket must be presented at the time of return.  The box and the purchased item must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Products that are wrapped or packaged in plastic, must be returned unopened and the plastic can not be ripped or have been opened during any time in order for a return to be considered.  This includes and is not limited to wheelchair cushions and back cushions. There will be no returns without a receipt.  If the purchase is over 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GENERAL STORE MERCHANDISE

Jones Pharmacy and Home Health Care Center is proud to stand behind our merchandise. General store merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. There will be no returns without a receipt.  Batteries will be accepted for return within 14 days and only in unopened packages (No Exceptions).   Certain closeout sale items not allowed for return will be clearly marked.
